Weddings

Congratulations on your engagement! We’re honored to be considered for such a meaningful celebration. Since 2012, we’ve been catering weddings across Pemberton, Whistler, and Squamish, creating thoughtful, chef-driven dining experiences for celebrations of all sizes.

Our fully mobile kitchen allows us to cook on-site at virtually any venue or private property, operating independently without the need for existing power, water, or infrastructure. Supported by our experienced team of chefs, servers, and bartenders, we ensure a seamless day from start to finish. Menus are fully customized to reflect your vision, with a focus on fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients—bringing refined, farm-to-table dining to your wedding.

If you’d like to add dessert to the meal the cost is $11 per person for 2 petit four specialty desserts.
Late-night food options are between $5 and $7 per person.

In addition to the cost of food are cooks, servers, bartenders and rentals. Kitchen staff, servers and bar staff are all billed out at $40/hour. Our service managers are billed out at $43 per hour. Rentals are not included, but If you are in need of rental items such as tables, chairs, flatware, platware and glassware then we can help organize those as well.

5% GST and 18% Gratuity in addition.
